I love to help people encounter God in the Mosaic Family through His Word each week, through personal interaction with God in prayer, and through experiencing life together in our community Family Dinners. Overseeing the counseling needs (premarital, marriage, family & personal), city church & outreach opportunities along with pastoral care issues at Mosaic has been my joy for over a decade. And I especially love spending time with my own family consisting of my amazing wife of 38 years, 6 adult children and spouses, and 10 grandchildren (to date)!

Bob Putnam Recovery/Community Pastor I must impact this world by leading and serving others with empathy, inspiration and encouragement, guiding them to abundant life in Christ. Bob is the head of our recovery ministry as well as our community outreach pastor. After joining Mosaic in 2014 he began to develop our recovery ministry and have seen it grow from an average of 10-15 to now over 60 participants. The Saturday night service is led by our Changing Lives leadership team that he oversees and also shepherds the 10 different community Bible studies we hold both here at Mosaic and in a number of apartment buildings. Bob loves shepherding and leading his family and others to abundant life in Christ.
Andrew Repsold Worship Pastor Andrew has been the Worship Pastor of Mosaic Fellowship since January of 2019. He and his wife Katie have four boys: Nelson, Edmund, Boaz and Moses. He graduated from Whitworth University in 2013 with a B.A. in Music and from Eastern Washington University in 2016 with an M.A. in Percussion Performance. In addition to teaching privately, Andrew is an adjunct Professor of Percussion at Gonzaga and EWU, performs with the Spokane Symphony and plays locally for musical theatres. One of his passions is writing singer-songwriter songs about his walk with God and being a Christian.
