Having just finished a full day of amazing spiritual challenge at the Discovery seminar, I want to tell you to expect something very special this Sunday at Mosaic. 

At both morning worship services (4/2), we will have the honor of receiving God’s Word from the National Director of the Journey to Transformation, Larry Lane.  Larry brings a remarkable combination of passion for both our Lord Jesus Christ and transformational spiritual revival in our land.  Along with his heart as a humble, gifted shepherd of God’s people, Larry is one of America’s foremost authorities on transformational revival.  If you receive just a fraction of what I was blessed by today, I have no doubt that you will go away from this Sunday’s worship filled with an abundant measure of the goodness of the Lord.  Don’t miss out on anything that God is doing in our community to bring us to transformational revival in our day. 

Now Mosaic Men.  I can’t think of a better way to participate in the fresh work of God that is unfolding in our community than by joining together with other men from three Spokane churches for 24 hours of intensive fellowship, worship, teaching and recreation at Riverview Bible Camp April 14-15.   Brothers, we just don’t get enough opportunities in the course of a year to draw aside for even a day from the demands of work and family so that we can press into a deeper relationship with our heavenly Father and each other.  But this men’s retreat will not only give you quality time with the other men of Mosaic; it will give you an appreciation for the broader body of Christ in Spokane as we join together with the men of Orchard Christian Fellowship and Morning Star Baptist Church. 

So, if you haven’t registered yet for this amazing experience coming up in a short two weeks, be sure to do so this week.  Cost of this weekend experience is $68 and includes lodging and four meals.  (Partial scholarships are available for those who may need some assistance.)  You can pick up the full brochure and register at church this weekend.  You and everyone close to you will be blessed by what God will do in your life this weekend with other brothers in Christ.
